Sherrie launched her solo recording career in 2006 and has recorded at some of Nashville's most respected studios, including Blackbird Studio and Cash Cabin Studio. She studied with Grammy Award-winning vocal coaches Kim Wood Sandusky and Renee Grant Williams, worked with Grammy Award-winning producer Lynn Nichols, and is currently collaborating with acclaimed composer, orchestrator, and producer Bob Barrett, whose credits include Walt Disney Records.

Her forthcoming album, Out of the Ashes, represents a bold new chapter in her artistry, blending contemporary Christian pop with cinematic orchestration and deeply personal songwriting. The project features renowned cellist Ginger Murphy and includes the inspirational anthem "My Child Be Strong," recorded with Bob Barrett on piano and the Budapest Orchestra.
