Diane Weigmann (* 4. Januar 1974) is a German musician from Berlin. She is guitarist and founder of the German girl band The Lemonbabies who have published four records and did international tours.Diane wrote, composed and produced songs in collaboration with famous artists like Bela B.
, Thomas D., Yvonne Catterfeld, Juli, Jess (No Angels), Ferdinand Van Haren and Vanessa Maurischat. Collaborating with Michael Beckmann (Rainbirds) she produced several movie and promotion productions.
In 2002, she found her own publishing edition "Rotschopf", in 2003 she worked for "Hot Action Records", the record company of Die Ärzte.In the summer of 2004, Diane started recording her first solo album in German with her drummer, Dog Keßler.
"Diane – das Album" was released in 2005. The Album as well as the first single "Das Beste" were in the German charts for several weeks.In the same year, she was nominated "best female pop national" at the German Radio Awards.
In the summer of 2006, her second solo album "Im Zweifelsfall" was produced in collaboration with Patrik Majer.
