Lead by Steve Bernstein (slide-trumpet), the other band members include: Briggan Krauss (alto saxophone), Tony Scherr (upright bass), and Kenny Wollesen (drums).
Their most recent CD, "Sexotica" released in 2006, was nominated for a Grammy for Best Contemporary Jazz Album.Sex Mob has been produced by Scott Harding (who produced such artists as Medeski, Martin and Wood, and the Wu Tang Clan).
