Their album Palepoli is regarded as one of the finest hours of the Italian progressive rock movement.Osanna was formed in 1971. The band was then composed of Danilo Rustici (guitar), Lino Vairetti (vocals), Lello Brandi (bass) and Massimo Guarino (drums).
All these musicians come from the band Citta Frontale. There was also Elio D'Anna who came from the band Showmen.They are going to release a new album soon, featuring a notable list of guest stars.
