Sam Vogel, known by his stage name Jauz, is an American DJ and record producer. He is also the founder and CEO of Bite This, a record label founded in November 2017. Based in San Francisco, Vogel is originally from Northern California and attended film school at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.
Jauz's musical style is heavy on bass, and has been described as "chill house" and "dubstep". Fans of Jauz's early work include Skrillex and Diplo, two DJ legends themselves. He released his debut studio album, The Wise and the Wicked, on August 31, 2018 on his label, Bite This!
